Maré
Maré is being made now, at the heart of the house.
The menu will be short. It will turn with the catch and the season.
The wine will be Portuguese, almost all of it. Dinner will be taken on the terrace as the light goes gold.
Menus and opening dates will follow. Letters from the coast will carry them first.
